How we work
Good pavement is mostly what you cannot see
Phoenix is one of the toughest places in the country for pavement. Extreme heat bakes asphalt, monsoon rain finds every crack and expansive soils move the ground under slabs.
That is why we start every job below the surface. We look at the soil, the drainage and the existing base before we quote, because the right fix depends on them.
Then we prepare the base properly, place the asphalt or concrete at the right thickness, and finish the details: edges, transitions, slopes and clean up. You get a written estimate up front, so there are no surprises.
