Paving for the Valley

Pavement that handles 115 degree days and monsoon downpours

Phoenix is hard on pavement. Surface temperatures climb past 150 degrees, then monsoon storms push water into every crack. A job that ignores either one starts failing in a couple of seasons.

Pave Way Development builds and repairs asphalt and concrete with that in mind: solid base, correct thickness, drainage that actually drains, and a plain written estimate so you know what you are buying.

  • Subgrade and base prepared and compacted before any asphalt goes down
  • Slopes set for drainage so water leaves the pavement
  • Clear scope and price in writing before work starts
  • The site left clean at the end of every day

What goes into a Pave Way job

Seven layers. You only ever see one of them.

Anyone can roll hot asphalt over dirt. What keeps a driveway or lot flat and crack free for years is everything underneath. Tap a layer to see what we do and why.

Repairs

Cracks and potholes get worse every monsoon. Fix them early.

Water gets into small cracks, softens the base and turns a cheap crack seal into a patch, then a section replacement. A quick repair now costs a fraction of paving later.

Questions

Straight answers before you sign anything

Still have a question?

Ask the assistant in the corner, or call the office and talk to a real person.

(602) 910-6964

Isolated cracks and a few potholes can usually be repaired. If the surface is full of alligator cracking, has sunk areas or holds water, the base is likely failing and the section needs to be replaced. We will tell you honestly which one it is.
