Asphalt that is built from the base up, not just rolled on top
Most asphalt failures start below the surface. Soft subgrade, thin base rock and poor drainage show up as cracks, ruts and standing water within a few seasons.
We grade, prepare and compact the base first, set the slopes so water leaves the pavement, then place hot mix asphalt at the right thickness and roll it before it cools.
